Hi Blackguard's..

I have a project partner van that has been changed from a 2.0 hdi to a 1.9 xud railway locomotive.

Now, the job is that the glow plugs consume ne'er worked, it has a glow plug relay like this

(Part number:9639912580)..

I dont think that this is the fault as when I brought the van the wiring was a muddle and I have bypassed the ECU.. so I was wondering if anyone can tell apart me how I can telegraph this direct (bypassing the ECU totally)..

I hold also brought one of these if that helps Pine Tree State out

Many thanks beforehand for any help..

Im sure that is still an hdi relay you need an older one no need for the timer as the timer is built into the electrical relay if you have the correct one

Any older pre 2000 peugeot or citreon glow plug electrical relay will bash 405 205 early 406 bx early xantia extraordinary of the vans

I might have one with more or less wiring volition hold a look after

D turbo is the correct electrical relay trend some of the wires on the plug equally long as you can you only actually need 3 of the thin wires to pass workplace earth should cost obvious earth that to the assault and battery 1 is main power feed and 1 is trigger for timer in that location is a reappearance for the glow incandescent and 1 is Federal Reserve from the starter forcing the electrical relay happening while it is turn complete but it will work without the last 2

Thanks once again.. You're a life sentence saver.. lol

Just few more questions..

Do you have some ideas on what telegram volition be the feed hindermost to the glow plug visible radiation (already on my van) equally I would like to keep the standard gleaming plug light..

Also, the relay that I draw off my 306, do you know what wires will be for what (assuming they leave be numbered)..

And also thought about it, I feign that if I disconnect the electrical relay thats already on my van, all the wires should be their (i.e, 12v live on for the activate, earth, and the starter flow from) or is my nou racing absent with me.. lol

Also, you might represent able to solution.. the van has an airbag nonfat on and Ive had it obstructed in and comes plump for with a pretentioner problem along the drivers seat.. will the one off the 306 fit??

Many thanks again, I actually appreciate IT..

Timer is built in to the relay apply index electrical relay stays on for x amount of money of seconds then goes retired sorry i did take a look for my relay but not checked pinouts connected it nevertheless for you in that respect is besides a wire goes to a temp detector to change glow time on later 306s

2 wires should trigger the relay 1 will be timed and the other will stay live for as long as you feed IT this unrivaled goes to the dispatcher trigger wire but is not essential the timer same is the one you motivation

You wish need to look at a wiring diagram for the van for the glowplug light wire and you can connect this to the conducting wire that goes to the glowplugs meaning it lights when they are on
